Your left heel is lined with your right heel
As you exhale, bend your left knee, it is right over ankle

With your next inhalation, reach your arms out to the side
As you exhale, sink little bit deeper
Send your gaze over your left finger
As you inhale, lift your chest
and exhale, drop your shoulders down
Make sure that your hips and torso square
